Brennan Clifton is a Spanish Fort Attorney practicing estate planning, probate, and criminal defense in Baldwin and Mobile County. Brennan was admitted to the Alabama Bar Association in April of 2017 and has prosecuted and defended hundreds of cases in nearly every state court and many municipal court throughout Mobile and Baldwin Counties.

My primary areas of focus are criminal defense, probate administration, and estate planning. What sets myself apart as an attorney is I believe that communication is the foundation for achieving desirable results both inside and outside the courtroom. I enjoy using the skills I have developed to help people through difficult situations. I am a lawyer by trade but I am a husband and father, first. From my personal experience I believe that to be good at one requires being good at the other.

I appreciate when a client entrusts me to handle their case. In many situations I am helping them navigate through one of the hardest times in their lives. I cannot and will not guarantee a certain outcome in any case…at the end of the day I am not the judge or jury. However, at the end of the day, I hold myself accountable for putting forth my best effort and knowing that I did my best.
